I'm still alive

Not to be all defensive or anything, but I've been very busy the last month and a half and just haven't had time (or forgotten to) post anything... So lay off me, man!!

We are all moved in and almost all settled in the new home. I closed on the house on May 27 and we were able to move in that day. Since then I've made too many trips to Menards to count, carried a very heavy washing machine down very steep, narrow, and windy staircase into the basement only to find out the stupid thing doesn't work right, bought a new washing machine (with free delivery!!), unpacked most things but the office still needs a lot of work, met a few of the neighbors, adopted a cat that Chad and Rachel didn't want anymore (jerks), got locked out of the house and broke back in through a window (although we didn't actually break the window), and spent the rest of the time running around like a chicken with its head cut off. We are hoping to have a housewarming/wine tasting party sometime in July. I've got several pictures to post to photogasmic, but that will have to wait a bit because I'm currently at work. Hopefully I can make time to start posting weekly again. Those last few sentences were quite random, weren't they? Later
